The Account Manager performs essential functions to retain policies, manage policies, cross-sell policies, and aids clients with all of their insurance needs. Account Manager should always strive to constantly meet and exceed service and sales standards developed by the agency. May direct and mentor CSR(s) and Assistant Account Manager(s).
