We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this remote, contract-based role, you'll play a crucial part in managing our accounts payable processes and ensuring smooth financial operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Process Invoices: Review, code, and process invoices accurately and on time.
Manage Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies.
Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Support Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing and reconcile accounts payable.
Generate Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports.
Ensure Compliance: Follow internal controls and financial policies.

Accounts Payable Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper in a real estate lending or mortgage lending company.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Expertise: Must be proficient in QBO.
