Extrusion Machine Operator.
Location: Union, MO.
Schedule: Full-Time.

Gateway Extrusions is a leading aluminum extrusion manufacturer committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team.
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts (4x10s).
- Friday: 8-hour shift (overtime).
- Total: 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime.
- Note: This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.
Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion press machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust equipment to meet production quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Willingness to work overtime as scheduled.
