PAY SUBJECT TO GROWTH. Join our dynamic team at TraxNYC, a leading jewelry brand dedicated to crafting unforgettable pieces and experiences for our customers. We are based in the heart of Manhattan, New York, and are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ads Manager to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and eager to drive tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Generate innovative content and campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Assist in the production of marketing content, potentially including shooting videos or photos.
• Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights in weekly discussions to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

- Manage all aspects of advertising campaigns, including budgeting, planning, implementation, and evaluation

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for print advertising, email marketing, and digital platforms

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and measure performance

- Monitor and analyze campaign data to optimize advertising efforts and maximize ROI

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and digital marketing

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives

- Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and target markets

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, e-commerce, print advertising, email marketing, budgeting, SEO, sales, Google Ads, and digital marketing

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
• A strong desire to learn and continuously develop professional skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to come up with new ideas for content and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
