Farm Manager position immediately available to oversee an established Apple Orchard with 320,000 planted trees in Central Virginia. The Manager must have a college degree and at least 4 years experience in orchard management and fresh apple production including pesticide usage, thinning, pruning and training systems. Candidates must be able to work with the employees (assistant mangers, foremen and laborers) in a positive way, purchase supplies and prepare budgets and have a very strong desire to succeed and produce results, be self-motivated and competitive.
