Job Description: As a Security Guard at Forum Park, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and protecting our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms, and responding to any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Assisting visitors and staff with access control and security protocols.
- Reporting any safety hazards or security breaches to management.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Armed Security Guard.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid security guard license (if applicable) and willingness to undergo background checks.
