Accounting & Payroll Specialist – Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Estimated Duration: 6+ weeks
Location: Mason City, Iowa
We’re looking for a skilled Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support the FIN/HR team during a leave of absence for a 6 + week leave.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting (Primary Focus):
- Bank reconciliations
- Collections
- Light general ledger work
- ERP experience a plus (Epicor preferred)
Payroll:
- Weekly/hourly and semi-monthly/salaried payroll
- Review and process timekeeping data
What We Need
- Background in both accounting and payroll
- Excel for reporting
- ADP
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort stepping into a fast-moving environment
