Our organization partners with 501(c)(3) nonprofit clients across the Bay Area to bring their missions directly to the public through face-to-face, event-style marketing . As part of our leadership team-in-training, you’ll learn how to lead outreach teams, represent high-impact causes, and manage day-to-day business functions.
As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training in key areas of leadership and campaign execution, including:
Supporting daily operations , campaign logistics, and team coordination
Representing national nonprofit clients at live events, retail locations, and community outreach sites
Assisting with training, mentoring, and motivating outreach representatives
Analyzing campaign performance and providing insight to improve strategy and public engagement
Participating in leadership development meetings , coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Collaborating with management on recruitment, expansion efforts, and client growth
Contributing to onboarding, internal communication , and positive team culture
