We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented auto detailer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services for our customers' vehicles, both inside and out.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and recommend cleaning services to clients.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicles using a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, and wiping down surfaces.
- Apply protectants and dressings to tires, trim, and other exterior components.
- May also perform tasks such as steam cleaning engines, buffing headlights, and removing stains.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all detailing services are completed to the highest standards and meet customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- May involve moving and parking vehicles within the work area, and potentially pick-up and drop-off for clients (depending on the company).
- Keep accurate records of services performed and products used.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in auto detailing or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and techniques for various vehicle surfaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license (may require a clean driving record).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
