We are looking for an applicant who will provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a good rapport with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for our customers. Your responsibilities would include: * Assisting our customers in person, by telephone and by email. * Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sales of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information. * Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the accounting office for processing. * Completes the paperwork for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner. * Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc, before forwarding to the accounting department. * Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. * Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. * Other tasks as assigned.
