Responsibilities Lead Generation and Sales Process:
- Manage and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Vehicle Appraisals And Trade-Ins - Accurately assess the value of trade-in vehicles.
- Negotiate fair and competitive trade-in deals.
Deal Structuring And Finance - Structure profitable deals, including financing, deal tracking & collection
- Prepare accurate and complete sales contracts and finance paperwork.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
CRM Management - Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications - Proven experience as an automotive manager or in a Sales & Finance management role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in automotive sales software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
