Job Description

Le Quartier Bakery in Lincoln, NE is looking for a Full Time Baker for our new location at Edgewood. We are looking for a Morning baker to start around 4 or 5 am in the morning to bake off all pastries and Bread for the Store. You will also be responsible for checking orders, sending the production facility what you need for pastries, dessert, gelato, deli, and bread multiple times a week. You will be incharge of looking around and seeing what you need to do that day and write yourself lists.

Responsibilities

• Baking off Pastries and Bread every moring
• Making Quiche, Almonds, Chocolate Almonds, and Fruit Tarts
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Maintaining a healthy work environment for all staff
• Communication to all stores
• Being able to work efficently on your own
• Writing daily task lists

Qualifications

• 1 year of kitchen experience Perferred
• Food Handlers Permit
• Weekend availability
