Job Title: Remote Bank Teller

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
• Verify customer identification and ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations
• Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and general banking services
• Assist customers with setting up accounts, transferring funds, and managing other banking needs

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and manage cash flow

• Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating when necessary
• Stay informed about new banking products, services, and promotions to better serve customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment

• Proficient in using banking software and digital tools

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
