LULLA  at the  Motto By Hilton Hotel | Chelsea are looking for   baristas   to join the team. Candidates should be kind and passionate people who are team-oriented, focused on guest experiences, and able to create beautiful coffee drinks & other beverages alike. This role serves people on the go and also looks after a 15-seat bar and 40-seat restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. Because the Coffee & main bar are connected, this gives you the opportunity to further your skills and work directly with bartenders and bar-backs.

The responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Following company standard coffee practices including dialing in the machine, proper technique for all espresso drinks, and service elements.
• Caring for guests on the go or sitting at the bar looking for full service.
• Setting up & breaking down your station.
• General financial responsibilities (cash mgmt, etc.)
• Creating immeasurable guest experiences by offering lasting memories to all guests and team members alike.

*Morning availability is a must.
**2-3 shifts per week minimum.
