The Farmer's Table Restaurant is a scratch, Farm to Table, Full Service Restaurant, located in Historic Downtown Medina. We are seeking experienced Bartenders who are self-starters, ambitious, friendly and reliable.

P.J. Marley's Restaurant & Pub is a local burger restaurant located in Historic Downtown Medina in an old bank building. We are seeking professional, experienced Bartenders who are self-starters, ambitious, friendly and reliable. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume as well as smaller group settings with a focus on craft cocktails and bourbons.

Responsibilities

• Create guest loyalty through engaging conversations and knowledge of our products and restaurant
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, serve food
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Work as a team

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, craft beers and bourbons
• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Neat and tidy appearance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
