Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, creative,and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in, NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals while working within a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analysis.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, ensuring the fidelity of intervention programs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Monitor progress, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification (Required): Must hold a current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and be licensed in new jersey.
