Overview:

BroadPath is hiring licensed agents fluent in Cantonese and English for a seasonal, fully remote role. Help customers explore Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), confirm eligibility, explain benefits, and guide them to the right coverage. Make a difference from the comfort of your home!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective members and conduct thorough needs assessments to determine eligibility for Medicare and D-SNP plans.
• Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits 

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects 

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process 

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Cantonese
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License 
• Ability to obtain health insurance license in Missouri 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• At least one successful season as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent supporting Medicare and/or D-SNP in a telesales environment
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, D-SNP eligibility requirements, and the populations served

Compensation Highlights  

• Salaries starting at $22 , with potential to earn more based on experience 
• Training completion bonus for those that have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production 
• End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics 
• Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview) 
• Bonus details will be provided during training
