What You’ll Tackle
- Choose and apply the right process—MIG, TIG, or stick—to deliver consistent, high-quality results on a variety of materials.
- Read and translate technical drawings into accurate setups, fits, and welds.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to standards.
- Maintain welding machines and hand tools to keep operations smooth and safe.
- Coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines and production metrics.
- Work safely and follow established protocols at all times.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior welders as needed.
Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of proven welding experience.
- Comfortable interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to first-time-right quality.
- Resourceful problem-solver; effective independently and within a team.
- Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of handling heavy materials and equipment.
