What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

• Operates the restaurant during breakfast hours*
• Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
• Inspires, guides, teaches, and coaches their staff
• Breakfast Coordinators manage the breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.
• Completes daily paperwork to record and report

The ultimate responsibility of our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store is

delivering excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeping our

customers happy and full! The Breakfast Coordinators inspire their staff and

help each person develop their skills, using organizational, communication and

developmental skills to help each person be their best.

The Breakfast Coordinator understands team members’ responsibilities and helps them execute them. Completing

paperwork, managing inventory, and understanding reports also come with the job.

Working Hard!

The Breakfast Coordinator position requires several physical demands

including:

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
• Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
• Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press
