- Analyze business processes across departments and propose improvements.
- Support the organization and management of data, and streamline reporting and routine tasks.
- Mentor and guide team members, managing workloads and ensuring progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with overseas teams to implement solutions effectively.
▶︎ Qualifications & Skills - Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
Technical Skills: - Familiarity with database management and basic SQL.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or business intelligence software.
- Basic knowledge of automation or scripting tools (e.g., Python or similar) is a plus.
