Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst - III to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the established SIC program by supporting experiential and agenda components that align with customer meeting goals and vision. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working cross-functionally with SIC team members, field marketing, and both customer and internal leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the success of high-quality briefings involving key customers and prospects.
• Act as the primary contact and consultant to sales teams, providing guidance and managing priorities and expectations throughout the briefing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with account teams to understand meeting objectives and goals.
• Support sales teams with customer meeting logistics and experiential components of engagements.
• Provide executive-level presence and hospitality for customers and internal discussion leaders from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate experiential components for customer meetings, including culinary reservations, volunteer activations, and enhanced meeting experiences.
• Create meeting assets and prepare conference rooms with necessary materials and equipment.
• Greet executives and customers upon arrival and manage front-of-house operations.
• Input meeting data into Salesforce, including logistics, meeting costs, customer attendees, and discussion leaders.
• Maintain organization of the floor and assist with real estate, operational, and Agentforce projects.

Qualifications:

• Functional project management experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and initiatives.
• Superior customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong team player with a passion for learning and collaboration.
• Experience in customer service, events, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Google Mail, Google Calendar, and Slack.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to be onsite at the NYC up to 5 days a week.
• Experience with Salesforce technology is a plus.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
