Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience as Business Systems Analyst;
• Experience with Business process analysis, mapping and complex operational analysis;
• Stakeholder interviews and communication experience;
• Experience with process improvement methodologies;
• Experience with functional specifications and user story development
Preferred: • Statistical analysis and reporting experience;
• System implementation support experience;
• Cross-functional team management experience
Responsibilities: • Experience with conducting complex operational and statistical analyses to support data-driven decision making within the business unit.
• Experience with gathering and documenting requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Experience with creating detailed process maps, workflows, and functional specifications to describe current and future state processes.
• Experience with coordinating and leading medium to large project teams and cross-functional project activities.
• Experience with reviewing, validating, and approving analytical findings and preparing them for presentation to senior management.
• Experience with identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting implementation of system enhancements.
• Experience with mentoring and guiding junior analysts and collaborating with other business units on shared initiatives.
