I am seeking 3- 8 years' Bussines Litigation Legal Secretary in Camp Hill, PA. to join the Business Litigation practice group . The associate will work closely with shareholders and Paralegals in Family Law and General Law practice areas on the full spectrum of clientsPlease include your Updated resume when submitting to jackie.tucker@gogpac.com

* Three (3) or more years of experience as a Legal Secretary or related experience- must have
* Experience with iManage document management system, filing court documents, electronically preferred & ECF for federal court filings a plus.
* Experience using PACER to search dockets, party information, and download pleadings
* Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
* Experience with state filings and familiarity with various county and prothonotary websites.
* Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
* Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
* Support attorneys and paralegals on administrative items including receiving and opening mail. Distributing the mail to the appropriate attorneys and paralegals.
* Transcription of dictation for some attorneys for correspondence including letters to clients, engagement letters, and memos to clients and client files.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software
* Maintain attorney's calendars by setting appointments, coordinating schedules, and setting up meetings, pleadings, electronic filing.
* Answer phones and communicating with courts and prothonotaries.
* Draft and review legal correspondence. Proofread, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation,and formatting.
* Experience with PDFdoc
* Paralegal certificate or degree- is a plus
* Active Notary license -is a plus
