Mercy Medical Group ( is seeking a **Board Eligible/Board Certified Critical Care Intensivist** to join our esteemed team at **Mercy General Hospital** in Sacramento, California. This opportunity offers a **shareholder track** and is ideal for a dedicated physician committed to delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art **20-bed Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU)** . You'll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and multidisciplinary team, focused on advancing critical cardiac care.

**Qualifications**
+ Fellowship training in **Cardiac Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care, or Anesthesia Critical Care** is highly desirable.
+ The ideal candidate will have experience with exposure to Mechanical Circulatory Support (Impella, LVAD, ECMO).
+ BE / BC **Advanced Heart Failure** **Cardiology candidates with additional Critical Care** experience will be considered.
+ Not an H1/J1 opportunity
