Position Overview: Northwest Permanente is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join our established Heart Program. Our current cardiology group includes 19 physicians caring for over 600,000 Kaiser Permanente patients. We provide full spectrum cardiac care with subspecialty boarded physicians in EP, interventional cardiology, ACHD and advanced heart failure. We have active and growing TAVR, mitra-clip, watchman, CTO and LVAD programs. This physician will join a team of 4 Cardiologists, replacing a retiring team member. Working for Northwest Permanente, our Interventional Cardiologist physicians enjoy: $673,731 to $789,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $572,000 to $615,100
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
• 90%+ employer paid health plan
• Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance

In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:
