Location: Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria Mall

Compensation: $13–$16/hr base pay + tips (based on experience)

Position Summary

At Chick-fil-A, we’re known for our signature hospitality, and our catering team is no exception. As a Catering Specialist & Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A in offices, schools, and events across the community. You’ll coordinate, package, deliver, and help set up catered orders while creating a welcoming and professional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and prepare catering orders to Chick-fil-A quality and food safety standards

• Deliver and set up catering orders at customer locations with professionalism and timeliness

• Provide exceptional guest service at every touchpoint—whether in-store or on-site

• Ensure all supplies, equipment, and food are safely secured and transported

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep and storage areas

• Communicate with guests and leadership regarding order details or changes

• Represent Chick-fil-A with excellence and care in every delivery

• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

• Comfortable navigating the local area and using GPS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, especially during morning and lunchtime hours

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Reliable, insured vehicle (if using your own vehicle for deliveries)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
