Job Description
Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a Citrix Engineer. This is a permanent role by way of 6+ month contract-to-hire. Some on-call on an as needed basis team rotation.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage Citrix Desktop applications, VDI, Abbie and Application Packaging
Profile Management like FSLogix and universal profile management
Netscaler engineering, project work, and support (handling tickets)
Work with the team to see trends that we can improve
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Citrix Engineering
- Experience working with 1000+ users or more
- Demonstrated experience managing Citrix Desktop applications and VDI environments, including Abbie and application packaging.
- Proficiency with profile management solutions, such as FSLogix and universal profile management tools.
- Hands-on Netscaler engineering expertise, with a track record in project delivery and operational support, including handling support tickets.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to identify operational trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Self-starter, direct communicator, dealing with challenging stakeholders
- Ability to deep dive into ongoing trend issues for fixes
