We're looking for a Client Experience (CX) Agent to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient client interactions.
### What You'll Do
As a CX Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with leadership and support teams to create a seamless client experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients via email or their preferred communication method to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinating and scheduling service technicians efficiently using Gmail and Salesforce.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with department managers, staff, and clients.
- Assisting service technicians with generating invoices and quotes while ensuring timely cash collection.
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client service efforts with brand standards.
### About the Role
- Location: Fully remote (must be available to work in the MST time zone).
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM MST.
- Hours: Full-time, guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
### What We're Looking For
While not required, the following experience and skills would be a great plus:
✔️ 2+ years of administrative experience.
✔️ 1+ year of scheduling or dispatching experience.
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
✔️ Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce (a plus but not required).
✔️ No prior experience in HVAC is needed—we provide training!
