In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Utilize CNC programming skills to interpret and execute technical drawings and specifications.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Conduct machine setups, including tool changes and adjustments, for various production runs.
• Apply manual machining skills as needed to support production processes.
• Utilize shop math skills to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any production issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting skills with a focus on CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with CNC tooling and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a manufacturing environment.
• Manual machining skills are a plus.
• Solid shop math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
