Location: 2240 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, Newcastle, Norman and various locations (indoor and outdoor)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
General Purpose: To assist the superintendent with construction, maintenance, and lawn maintenance activities.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Superintendent/Builder/Construction Manager.
Supervision Exercised: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain landscaping, yards, shrubs, trees, and watering sod.
- Help maintain clean streets and gutters.
- Perform minor touch ups and some activities on punch-list.
- Responsible for the level of quality in product
- Comprehend the process of residential construction and use common knowledge
- Walk every room of every house, every day
- Ability to deliver houses in the allowed time as set forth by contracts
- Keep signs upright and orderly
- Communicate with sub-contractors
- Lock and unlock doors daily
- Present recommendations to Builder and Superintendent
- Attend all staff meetings
- Any other duties assigned
- Safety sensitive position
