Support relationship management with third-party content and market data vendors.
Assist with content licensing processes including purchase requisition preparation, billing verification, and tracking of licensing agreements.
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and reconciliation.
Maintain internal records of market data services and license inventory.
Aid in gathering and organizing data for usage analysis.
Participate in vendor audits, service installations/removals, and documentation efforts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements for new or updated content needs.
Manage market data entitlements across various user platforms and market data feeds.

Experience working in media, financial services, or content licensing environments.
Understanding of contract administration or vendor onboarding processes.

2+ years of professional experience in business operations, vendor management, licensing, procurement, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in using spreadsheets, internal databases, and web-based business tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with financial markets and/or content licensing is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
