Job Description
This role will help support to modernize, operate, and expand the Head Start Individualized Professional Development (iPD) Portfolio. Specifically this position will act as liaison leading the integration and collaboration with the National Centers, TA Network and National User Groups.
This role will lead National Relationships and Partnerships
Collaborate with National Centers and TA Network
Must have familiarity working closely with:
OHS TA System National Centers.
Subject matter experts to expand and refine course offerings.
Must have the ability to understand how to align content with Head Start program needs and national early childhood education (ECE) priorities.
State and National Integration
The iPD system currently has training approval agreements with 28 states, with plans to expand. This position includes leading the directive to:
Increase data-sharing with state early childhood workforce registries.
Ensure course completions count toward state licensing and QRIS requirements.
Support for National User Groups
This position will help grow and support diverse user groups across the country.
This includes leading the direction of tailoring features and content to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
