Amergis Healthcare Staffing is urgently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses to support a Correctional Facility in Santa Ana, CA!
Position Overview:
+ Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse
+ Setting: Correctional Facility
+ Location: Santa Ana, CA
+ Schedule: Full Time - AM (5am-1:30pm), must be okay with rotating weekends
+ Pay: $40/hour - paid weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer high volumes of medications
+ Perform routine health assessments
+ Provide wound care and treatments
+ Respond to medical emergencies
+ Assist in triage and stabilization
+ Follow strict safety protocols
+ Educate inmates on health practices
Requirements:
+ Minimum 2 years correctional experience
+ Must pass OC Sheriff's Department background and Amergis compliance
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
