Position Details:

• Pay rate is $16/hour
• Full-time, 40 hour/week position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain Cleanliness:You’ll play a vital role in upholding the impeccable cleanliness standards of our facility. From the locker rooms to the workout areas, you’ll ensure every nook and cranny sparkles, making our facility an inviting place for our members and guests.
• Safety First:Your commitment to safety will shine as you promptly identify and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall well-being of everyone in our community.
• Team Collaboration:As a valued member of our team, you’ll collaborate with fellow staff to support events, classes, and member needs. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will enhance our team dynamics and create a harmonious atmosphere.
• Flexibility:We understand that the fitness world never sleeps. Your flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, will ensure our center remains a clean and safe haven for our members at all times.

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and safety material
• Two years related full-time custodial experience preferred
• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered
