Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Handle floor care tasks including buffing and waxing
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Support in maintaining the organization's standards of cleanliness
- Perform porter duties to keep all areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial, commercial, or residential cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are met
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
