Job Description
- Standard Mandarin and corresponding supporting languages;
- Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in French, or German, or Spanish, or Italian;
- Possess excellent communication skills and clear logical thinking.
- Computer typing speed of 40 words per minute 1. Communicate with customers in French/German/Spanish/Italian via email/online/voice;
2. Assist customers in answering inquiries related to order logistics, returns and exchanges, and after-sales technical consultations for smart home products (such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and other small appliances) on the official product website and overseas e-commerce platforms, providing accurate and thoughtful services to customers;
