Cyber Security Analyst

Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Enhance IAM support with improved help desk processes, SLA adherence, and centralized communication.
• Design intake and ticketing process improvements.
• Implement queue monitoring and escalation guidelines.
• Perform root cause analysis of help desk issues.
• Identify automation opportunities for common tasks.
• Create help desk user training materials.
• Draft knowledge base articles for self-service.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze help desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Requirements:
• Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) support or related cybersecurity functions.
• Proven ability to enhance help desk operations and processes.
• Skilled in SLA adherence, queue monitoring, and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Ability to identify and drive automation opportunities.
• Experience creating training materials and knowledge base articles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC.
