Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Consultant
Location: Nashville, TN (Remote)
Mandatory skill: PostgreSQL , SQL Server, ETL/ELT Frameworks, Ataccama or other MDM,
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineering Consultant to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database technologies, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Master Data Management (MDM) tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Develop and optimize queries for PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.
- Integrate and manage Master Data Management solutions (preferably Ataccama or similar).
- Perform data profiling and ensure data quality management across systems.
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, and alerting for data comparisons and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to data processing and storage.
Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Strong experience in ETL/ELT frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Ataccama or other MDM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Data Profiling and Data Quality Management
