Job Description
Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a professional services organization near Robinson/Moon area searching for a Data Entry Clerk to support the accounting team on a temporary basis.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Data entry of external systems into operational and ERP systems
- Review and analysis of emails prior to being sent
- Confirmation of proper documentation attached to each email prior to being send to external client
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate should have the following background:
- 1+ years of data entry / professional experience in a back office or accounting department
- Ability to work on Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work interdepartmentally and make changes on the fly
