Dental Support Specialties prides itself in providing seamless administrative support for dental practices. Dental Support Specialties works with dental practices across the United States by providing support in the areas of: Billing, Scheduling & phones, as well as Insurance Verification services. Our clients outsource this work to DSS. The DSS team then logs into client systems and does all work remotely. DSS’ home office is in Canton, Ohio.

This position will require the ability to navigate client dental software systems (IE Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental etc.) while answering client phone calls with an exceptional level of customer service.
