The White Rabbit and its sister bar, The Parlour Room, are premier speakeasy-style cocktail bars in booming downtown Gilbert, AZ. We transport our guests back in time with an elegant, immersive atmosphere and handcrafted cocktails.
We are currently seeking a professional and personable doorman/security team member to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring guest safety, employee security, and an exceptional customer experience.
On weekends, door attendants will be responsible for managing security at The Parlour Room and will be included in the parlour room tip pool, increasing average earnings to approximately $20/hour.
Responsibilities:

• Check IDs and ensure all guests meet age requirements
• Greet and engage guests with a welcoming attitude
• Maintain security and enforce venue policies to ensure a safe environment
• De-escalate situations and handle conflicts professionally
• Monitor guest behavior and maintain a strong presence at the entrance and inside the venue
• Assist with crowd control and line management, ensuring a smooth guest experience
• Work closely with management and bar staff to ensure seamless operations
  Qualifications:
• At least one year of customer service, security, or hospitality experience preferred
• Must complete Arizona Title 4 Basic Liquor Law Training (or be willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Friendly, professional, and able to engage guests in conversation
• Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Available from 5 PM – Close, especially on weekends
