If this sounds like you, then consider applying for the position of: Copywriter in our state-of-the-art Shenzhen Headquarters You will be responsible for writing crisp and persuasive print and online advertisements that adhere to best B2B practices. You will help your teammates through research, editorial and proofreading support in a constructive and non-defensive manner. Key characteristics that the best Global Sources Copywriters possess include: •A keen interest in learning new things every day and sharing what they learn; •Adaptability -- whether it is to our house style or to the hundreds of product lines they may be asked to write about; •Strong interpersonal communications skills and the desire to be part of a winning team; •The ability to work comfortably with people of various backgrounds and language skills; •The ability to take and give criticism without ego or defensiveness; •The ability to work fast and under deadline pressure; •A commitment to honesty, ethics and excellence on a personal, team and company level. Qualified candidates should have: •A university degree in Journalism, English, Literature or Mass Communication or a related field; •Demonstrably outstanding native-English copywriting and editing skills (AP style); •At least 2 years of writing-related experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising or public relations/journalism role; •Experience working in and/or building teams. Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen is a requirement.
