We are currently seeking a Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with full training , designed for individuals who are motivated, people-oriented, and eager to develop leadership skills in the event marketing industry. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
As a Management Trainee, you will start by learning the fundamentals of event marketing, community outreach, and donor engagement . As you progress, you will take on increasing levels of responsibility, eventually assisting with team leadership, event coordination, and campaign management.

Entry-Level Training Phase
Participate in hands-on training in event marketing, fundraising, and community outreach
Represent nonprofit clients at events, sharing their mission and engaging with the public
Help set up, operate, and break down event stations and promotional displays
Build rapport with event attendees and encourage donations or program participation
Track outreach results and assist with administrative reporting
Management Development Phase
Lead small teams during event shifts and outreach campaigns
Coach new associates in communication, engagement, and event logistics
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events
Ensure campaign goals, standards, and client expectations are met
Contribute ideas to improve event performance and team efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership on growth and development projects
No experience required — full paid training is provided
