We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team and help support our day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices, payments, and other transactions
- Assist with invoice coding, approvals, and vendor statement reconciliations
- Help with routine accounting tasks and month-end close support
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company procedures
- Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow
Preferred Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with GAAP and standard accounting practices
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Quick learner, able to work independently and adapt to new systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
