Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a strong commitment to employee safety and operational excellence, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Supervisor to lead safety programs and drive continuous improvement across their Bay City facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and EPA regulations while fostering a proactive, people-first safety culture.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing setting and enjoys building engagement at every level of the organization.
3–5+ years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of OSHA, MIOSHA, and EPA regulations
Proven ability to conduct safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field (preferred)
Experience developing or improving site-level safety programs
Ability to deliver engaging safety training and encourage accountability across teams
