Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate, promotional, and private events
- Communicate with clients to understand event goals, expectations, and timelines
- Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Monitor budgets and manage event expenses
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for event support
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports for improvement
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
