Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic and team-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to help coordinate and execute promotional events for our nonprofit clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in event marketing, public relations, or fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage event booths at community events, retail locations, and promotional venues
  

• Engage with the public to promote client causes, generate leads, and encourage donations or participation
  

• Assist in planning and logistics for upcoming events
  

• Distribute promotional materials and help craft messaging that aligns with client goals
  

• Track and report on outreach efforts and campaign performance
  

• Collaborate with team members and managers to brainstorm new outreach strategies
  

• Maintain a positive, professional image as a representative of our clients
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree in marketing, PR, or related field preferred
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Outgoing personality and a passion for working with the public
  

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
  

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
  

• Prior experience in customer service, events, or fundraising is a plus—but not required
