Additionally, the role entails continuously acquiring new clients to expand the firm’s business scope. Team Management & Training Oversee the recruitment and training of high-caliber employees, lead the executive search team, develop team work plans and performance targets, enhance the team’s overall capabilities and work efficiency, and sustain the company’s innovation and competitive edge. Strategy Formulation & Execution Participate in developing the company’s growth strategies and operational plans. Adjust business directions based on local market conditions and industry trends in Singapore to ensure the company’s healthy and long-term development.
