Job Description

HFM Realty is seeking experienced real estate agents. Must have a valid real estate sales license, the ability to work with buyers and sellers, and be proactive to be able to prospect for real estate sales. HFM Realty is a fully licensed brokerage and marketing agency with the resources for agents to acquire 24/7, competitive commission splits, low agency fees, and the opportunity for promotional growth. Both experienced and veteran candidates are encouraged to apply.

Real Estate license required.

Agent Responsibilities:

• Become a member of the REALTORS Association and MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
• Have transportation and a valid driver's license.
• The ability to utilize a computer and real estate applications via computer.
• Training for completing a real estate sales transaction from start to finish.
• Adhere to HFM Realty policies and guidelines. 
• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers.
• Self-organization skills for documentation filing and submission in a timely manner.
