Extrusion Machine Operator | Bedford Park, IL | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Do you have experience working as a Blow Mold Operator, Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, or any plastic molding machinery? Then this is the perfect position!

Available Shifts: NIGHT SHIFT

• $21.85-$25.05
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts with EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF
• Night Shift Hours: 7PM-7AM
• Paid Weekly

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and maintain the ability to meet required production output on a consistent basis by using established standard line conditions.
• Demonstrate and maintain the ability to perform a start up of job specific machinery including setup.
• Demonstrated and maintain the ability to respond and correct any out of spec conditions.
• Know each piece of equipment (downstream) and its purpose
• Oversee production personnel packing on equipment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in machine operating or maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment- Preferred experience: 1 year machine operating or maintenance within injection molding

• Understanding of extruder temperature zones, valves and cooling system and tooling.

  Understanding the theory of profile extrusion and how it relates to our products.

  Experience in flexographic printing is helpful

Once again we are looking for candidates who have previous experience being a machine operator especially as a Blow Molding Operator, Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, and/or Plastics Machine Operator.

You should be proficient in:
